Welfare Officers

At YMCA Barry, we are committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children, young people and adults at risk, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all who comes through our doors.

Our coaching team undertake CPD to ensure we are always up to date with policies and procedures and have a team of qualified Welfare Officers who will deal with matters with complete discretion and confidentiality.
